Strikingly angular yet sinuously suggestive, this depiction of a Pueblo Man was created by master carver Ralph Suazo, Taos Pueblo, at the height of his powers. With his slightly open mouth and closed eyes, the figure, carved in pine, seems to be in the midst of a song of meditation. The skull seems to have been carved from alabaster. Signed on the bottom. Please see the pictures for condition details as the photos are considered to be part of the description.
